Sensei Thomas St. Joseph will assist you in mastering various techniques of self defense. Our core  system is Shotokan Karate.  Group classes begin with basic movements and Kata. 

          MATC  specializes in self defense and personal safety.  Our traditional karate training is augmented by including self defense techniques and a variety of 'movement' drills.  This combination assures a 'full circle' approach to training.
